The Basics

  • Yes. You can book the venue for a separate fee plus a minimum food and beverage fee. Fees vary, depending on your event date. Please contact us for a quote. 

  • Yes. We’re happy to host your baby or bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, fundraiser, or any other reason you have to gather.

  • The barn and covered pergola provide overhead shelter. Tents can be provided through a third-party vendor.

  • Yes, the barn is air-conditioned. However, please keep in mind temperature control is limited due to its open-air sides.

  • A $500 nonrefundable deposit is required to save your date.

  • In the event of a cancellation, all payments made to date are non-refundable, and all outstanding payments will be due immediately. If you need to change your date, there is a $500 fee, and we must be informed in writing at least 180 days before your original date. This transfer is available only once, and the new date must be within one calendar year of the event's original date.

  • No. Proof of limited liability insurance of up to $1,000,000 in the customer’s name must be provided to the venue 14 days before the event date. Wedsure is one of several insurance providers.

  • The property is treated for mosquitos before every event and the bathrooms are equipped with bug spray.

Food & Drinks

  • Due to our exclusive partnership, all food and beverage must be provided by SaltBlock Hospitality.

  • Yes, for an additional fee. SaltBlock Hospitality is known for creating custom menus and catering to special requests.

  • Yes. SaltBlock Hospitality has vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free dishes and menu options.

  • Yes. SaltBlock Hospitality offers a complimentary tasting every month! You can schedule a tasting with your event representative.

  • There are two restrooms located in the barn and one (not both) of the couple suites has a bathroom.

  • There are several major hotels about 15 minutes from the ranch, such as La Quinta Inn & Suites, Holiday Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, and Hampton Inn & Suites.
